Complementary formation

Taking into account the applicant’s profile of the students of the master’s degree and the specialised content and the requirements of a master's degree syllabus, aimed to train specialists in administrative management, complementary formation is offered for those students who lack legal formation. The purpose of this formation is to allow those students to follow the subjects of the degree without problem.

These subjects are part of the master's syllabus and passing them will be required in order to obtain this degree. Both these subjects will be taken simultaneously to the master's degree during its 1st semester and following a blended methodology (presence and distance-based learning). The content of these subjects is:

Introduction to Public Law

(6 ECTS)

Knowledge of the sources of law of our legal system, focusing on the incidence of the Constitution and its importance in the design of the structure and form of organisation of the State, its principal institutions and the different powers that compose it. Introduction to the concept of Public Administration, its organisational framework and its main characteristics.

Introduction to Private Law

(6 ECTS)

An approach to the main aspects of Private Law institutions such as personhood, legal personality and capacity to act, the distinction between natural and legal persons, amongst others; and a brief introduction to Family Law.
